Terms of service

Flower sizes and colors may vary according to seasonal availability.  Substitution of flowers of equal or greater value may occur, depending on availability.

All orders are shipped via FedEx; due to the COVID-19 pandemic, FedEx shipping delays are expected from the midwest to the East Coast. Orders to these locations must be received by 3:00 pm on Monday for delivery on Friday. West Coast orders must be received by 3:00 pm on Tuesday. FedEx does not include weekend days in the delivery commitment except for Priority service, which includes Saturday (an additional cost). Please note: For all incorrect delivery addresses, FedEx charges a $18 delivery re-adjustment fee which will be billed back to the customer.

The minimum order is $25.00.  Shipping is $25.  For orders of $75.00 or more, shipping is $30.00.

Note:  You are required to provide a phone number during registration and check-out, due to FedEx shipping.  In order to process your orders through FedEx we need a valid phone number.  Please note that if you remove or omit your phone number during Paypal checkout, we will contact you via email requesting it.
